FAQ

Do you deliver?

Yeah we do!!! Locals can enjoy free delivery to the following suburbs: Collingwood, Abbotsford, Clifton Hill, Fitzroy, Carlton, Brunswick, and North Melbourne. Just use the code FREELOCAL on checkout. If you’re adjacent to these we may be able to apply it for you, but please get in touch before you use the code or we’ll be giving you a buzz!

We are pleased to offer local delivery for a flat rate of $15 for Melbourne Metro as highlighted on the following map. If your postcode isn’t within the area shown on the graphic please just get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can attend!

Deliveries are typically completed between 11am and 4pm, and we’ll get in touch ahead of delivery to let you know our ETA. If you require delivery earlier than 4pm on Saturday we recommend selecting delivery on Friday instead, or get in touch and we’ll see if we can swing by earlier in the day.

Click & Collect

Nominate your pickup date on checkout, and we’ll get in touch to confirm when you would like to swing by. From there, simply arrive during your nominated pick up time and give us a buzz on the number provided in your confirmation email - we'll bring it out to you!

Order collections are strictly for the time scheduled, if you are running late please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.

Where transporting a cake it is best to keep it on a flat surface, in you car this would be the passenger side floor or in the boot. Please note that car seats are slanted, and without placing something underneath to level your cake it may slip around inside the box. We cannot assume responsibility for damage to your product once it has left the premises so please take care.

How do I store it?

ENTREMETS

Mousse cakes keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days from pick up

MACARONS

Macarons are best kept in an airtight container in the fridge, this way they will keep for up to 7 days. They're best served at room temperature.

Always remember, sharing is optional.

How do I cut it?

Mousse cakes are best cut with a sharp knife that has been warmed up in hot water and dried (that's how you achieve those picture perfect slices!). They'll cut just fine without a heated knife though, so don't stress if it's "too hard basket".

Classic wedge cuts are best suited to standard sized cakes, whilst larger cakes are best cut in a grid fashion (see examples).
